What traders actually ask.
What data feed do you use?
SIP-consolidated tape via Polygon / Massive. That's the official consolidated feed for US equities, including dark-pool prints routed through SEC condition rules.
Is the data ever delayed?
No. Tick-to-alert is under 100 microseconds end-to-end, measured from WebSocket ingest to alert fan-out. Benchmarks available on request.
Does it cover pre-market and after-hours?
Yes. 04:00–20:00 ET. Pre-market and after-hours are scanned the same way as regular hours, with the same filters applied.
Does it integrate with my broker?
Vipertrading is a scanner and charting tool, not a broker-integrated platform. Use it alongside IBKR, Thinkorswim, Webull, or whatever you trade on. Webhook alerts are on the roadmap.
Mac, Windows, or mobile?
It runs in the browser. Works on Mac, Windows, Linux. Mobile is view-only — the charting grid is built for desktop-scale screens.
Can I build custom filters?
Not at launch. We ship pre-built setups that cover the most common low-float momentum patterns. A custom filter builder is on the roadmap.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your card is billed automatically on day 15. Cancel any time from your settings page — no email chain, no retention call. Full refund within 30 days if you change your mind.
